Ingredients
butter
sunflower oil-1 tbsp
cardamom,cloves-6 each
cinnamon
onion-2
ginger crushed
garlic crushed
chicken stock-2 cube
tomato paste-2
lemon juice-1/2 tsp
basmati rice-2 cup
water-4 1/2 cup
green chilly-3
Preparation
Heat oil and butter in a pressure cooker, add whole spices, then roast it for a minute, next add onion, saute until it become soft, now add ginger and garlic, saute it again, next add chcken stock, wait for melt it, add tomato paste, mix until the raw smell gone, pour water, add salt and lemon juice, let it boil well, then add rice and green chilly, now close the lid,turn off the flame just before the second whistle come out. Open the cooker after the pressure is gone.
