urad dal-1 cup

curry leaves and coriander leaves
coconut slices

Preparation
Soak whole urad dal for 2 hrs, then grind it into fine paste by adding salt less water. Take this batter in a bowl, then gently mix it with whisk, then add finely chopped veggies, combine well. Heat oil in a pan, add small quantity of this mix with your hand, fry it well.
