Vermicelli sweet

Ingredients

crushed badam and cashew

ghee

vermicelli-2 cup

water-2 cup

milk-1/2 cup

cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

milkmaid

sugar

Preparation

Heat ghee in a pan, add crushed nuts, roast it well, then set aside. Add vermicelli to the pan, roast it to turn brown and transfer it to a plate. Pour milk and water to the pan, let it boil, then add vermicelli, cook it well, once the water completely absorbed, add sugar, mix it well, add cardamom and maailkmaid after the sugar melts completely, finally, add nuts, mix well, turn off flame.
