Ingredients

oil-2 tbsp

ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

onion-1

green chilly-1

turmeric-1/4 tbsp

kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 tbsp

chicken masala-1/2 tsp

salt

boiled and mashed potato-1

corinader leaves

egg boiled pieces-2

egg-1

bread crumbs

oil for frying

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, after 1 minute of sauting add onion and green chilly, mix all well, next add mashed potato, mix it with masala, add coriander and small pieces og egg, combine well and turn off flame. Make small cutlets from this mix, dip all in egg mix, then coat bread crumbs, now fry it in hot oil.
