Paneer Tomato Rice

Ingredients

Cooked Basmathi Rice – 4 – 5 cups

Paneer – 150 – 200 gms

Tomato Chopped – 2 medium

Onion thinely sliced – 1 medium

Coriander leaves chopped – 3 tbsp

Mint leaves – 1 tbsp

Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp

Kashmiri chilli Powder – 1 tsp

Garam masala Powder – 1 tsp

Oil or ghee – 3 tbsp

Salt as needed

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices, after roasting add chopped ginger garlic, saute it well, next add onion and green chilly, mix all, add salt, saute it well, now add masala powders, mix it in low flame. Once the raw smell gone add tomato, wait until it become soft, add coriander too, then add paneer, cook it after the lid is closed, next add cooked rice, then mix it with masala, finally, add some mint leaves, then turn off flame.
