Chicken roll

Ingredients

for dough

lukewarm water-1/2 cup

yeast-1/2 tsp

sugar-1/2 tsp

maida-1 1/2 cup

salt

oil-1/2 tsp

For masala

oil-2 tbsp

onion-2

ginger garlic-1 tbsp

salt

turmeric-1/4 tsp

garam masala-1/4 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

curry leaves

cooked chicken crushed- 150 gm

bread crumbs

oil for frying

Preparation

Take a bowl, mix yeast , water and sugar together, then add maida and salt, knead it well and make a soft dough, apply oil above it, then keep aside.

For making masala, heat a pan, add oil, then add ginger garlic and onion, saute all, then add masala powder, once it combined well add crushed chicken, mix it all together, finally, add coriander leaves, combine all and turn off flame.

Divide the dough into equal small balls, flatten it into thin layer, add filling, then roll it , carefully seal the sides, dip the rolls in water, then coat bread crumbs, finally, fry it in hot oil.
