matta rice-2 glass
coconut oil-3 tbsp

fennel seeds-1 tsp
cloves-3
cinnamon-1
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
cardamom-3
peppercorn-1 tsp
turmeric-1 tsp
coconut milk-4 glass
salt
Preparation
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add shallots into it, saute it for 2 minutes, then add whole spices and turmeric, mix all well, pour coconut milk and salt, let it boil well, then add soaked rice, then cook it for 3 or more whistle. Super tasty masala rice is ready.
