turmeric-1/4 tsp

sugar-3 tsp

oil-1 tbsp

Preparation

Slice banana into equal small slices. For batter, add maida, rice flour, sugar and turmeric to a bowl, mix well, pour water, and make a thick batter. Heat oil in a frying pan, dip banana slices in batter, then add to the pan, fry both sides in less oil, then transfer to a plate.
