garam masala-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-1/2 tsp
boiled and mashed potato-3
coriander leaves
egg-1
salt
corn flour-1 tsp
boiled egg-4
bread crumbs

Preparation
For preparing masala, heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and chilly, saute it well, next add onion, saute it well, now add masala powders, combine well, next add boiled and mashed potato, after mixing it with masala add coriander leaves, combine well and turn off flame. Blend egg, corn flour and salt well, then take this in a bowl. Take a big ball sized potato mix, put boiled egg inside of masala and shape it, dip it in egg mix and coat bread crumbs, then fry it in hot oil.
