Ingredients
Tuna Fish
coconut oil-2 tbsp
curry leaves-2 string
ginger garlic
shallots-20
chilly powder- 2 tbsp
kashmiri chilly powder-2 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
turmeric
green chilly-4
water
salt
garam masala-1/4 tsp
thick coconut milk-1/2 cup
Preparation
Heat oil in a clay pot, add coconut oil, then add curry leaves, ginger and garlic, saute it well, next add shallots, saute it well, then add masala powders, combine all well, add fish , mix with masala, pour water, and salt, allow it to boil well, add garam masala and salt, cook it well, finally add coconut milk and curry leaves, then turn off flame.
