Ingredients
semolina-1 glass
water
coconut-1/2 glass
salt
sugar-1 tsp
Preparation
Soak rava in water for 10 minutes, then grind it with coconut and make fine batter, add sugar to the batter, then mix it well, rest the batter for overnight. Next morning, add salt to the batter, then mix well. Heat a pan, pour the batter, and make small appam.
