Preparation
Crush beetroot in a mixie jar and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard,after popping it well add ginger garlic, and chilly crushed, saute it well, add salt, then add crushed beetrootm saute all well until its cooked half, now pour vinegar, mix all, boil it until its completely absorb, then turn off flame. Store in airtight jar after cooling enough.
