rice flour-1 cup

sugar-1/4 cup

sesame seeds-1 tsp

coconut milk

cardamom powder-1 tsp

oil-for frying

Preparation

Take a mixie jar, add sugar, then powder it, then add to a bowl, then add beaten egg, sesame seeds, rice flour and thick coconut milk, mix well, then make medium loose batter, then add cardamom powder. Heat oil in a pan, put moulds into the oil, once the oil starts boiling take the mould, and dip it in the batter about 3/4 part, then dip the mould to oil, once the achappam separates from mould, flip it and fry both sides well.
