Ingredients
Bilimbi-1/2 kg
jaggerry-3
salt
chilly
garlic
shallots
ginger
oil
mustard
curry leaves
chilly powder-1 1/2 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
crushed mustard
Preparation
Cook chopped bilimbi with jaggerry juice and salt in a pressure cooker.Heat oil in a clay pot, add mustard, let it pop well, then add curry leaves, ginger and garlic, saute it well, next add chilly and shallots, roast it all, then add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add cooked bilimbi with jaggerry water, boil the curry until it become thick.
