water-4 3/4 glass

rice-2 1/2 glass

fried onion, cashew and kismis

Preparation

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add shallots and onion, saute it well, then add whole spices, add chilly and carrot, saute all together, add water and salt, let it boil, then add washed rice, mix it, then cover the cooker and cook it for 1 whistle.
