Ingredients

coconut-1 cup

shallots-3

curry leaves

chilly powder-1 tbsp

turmeric- 1 1/2 tbsp

coriander powder-1/4 tsp

fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp

hing-2 pinch

oil

onion-1

tomato-2

curry leaves

salt

oil

mustard

shallots

dry chilly

curry leaves

Preparation

Heat a pan, add coconut, shallots and curry leaves, roast it well, next add masala powders, mix well, then turn off flame. Once the heat is gone, grind it into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it well, next add tomatoes, saute until it become soft and mushy, now add salt and coconut paste, add more water, boil it well, then turn off flame.
