maida-1/2 cup
salt
oil-1 tsp
water

carrot
beans
cabbage
garlic
onion
coriander leaves

Preparation
For dough, add maida, salt, oil and some water to a bowl, knead it well and make a soft dough.
For filling, heat oil in a pan, add garlic, roast it for a minute, then add vegetables, combine all, then add salt, mix it well, add soy sauce, mix again, then turn off flame.
Divide the dough into very small balls, flatten it into thin chapathis, add filling, fold it like momos, then steam it well.
