Ingredients
urad dal-3/4 cup
fenugreek-1/4 tsp
raw rice-2 cup
salt
water
ginger, green chilly and curry leaves
Preparation
Soak rice and urad dal separately. Wash urad dal and fenugreek before soaking. Grind all in urad dal soaked water, then add leftover, dosa or idli batter, mix well and keep overnight. Next mor ning, add salt, chopped ginger, chilly and curry leaves to the batter, mix well. Take banana leaf fols sides, then put in in the idli plate hole, then pour the batter, steam it well.
