putt rice-3/4 cup

coconut-1/2

coconut water

Instant yeast-1 tsp

water

salt

Preparation

Boil water in a pan, then add putt powder, turn off flame and soak it for 10-15 minutes. Grind rice with coconut and water, then add soaked putt mix and yeast, mix all with your hand, then keep the batter aside for overnight. Next morning, add salt to the batter, mix well, add more water to adjust consistency, then make soft appam.
