Chicken w/ Bones – 800gm
Curd 2 tsp
Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Chiken Masala
Curry Leaves
Salt To Taste
Green Chillies
Ginger And Garlic Paste
Garam Masala
Fennel Seeds
Preparation
Marinate chicken with curd, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, chicken masala, fennel powder, corn flour and salt, then add red food color and curry leaves, mix well and rest it for 2 hrs, then fry the chicken with splited chilly.
