leftover rice-2 cup

wheat flour-2 cup

salt

oil-1 tbsp

Preparation

Mix cooked rice, salt, oil, and flours in a bowl, then pulse it in mixie jar. Knead it for combining the dough, then divide it into equal balls, flatten it with a roller, now put it in hot oil, fry all pooris like this.
