banana-2
cashews-1 tbsp
kismis-1 tbsp
ghee-1 tbsp
jaggerry juice-1/2 cup
coconut-1 cup
bread-12
oil for frying
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add cashews and kis mis, after roasting it well add banana , saute it well, next add coconut and jaggerry juice, combine well, cook it until it become thick, then turn off flame. Take a bread slice, dip it in water, then add the banana mix balls, cover it carefully and make ball shape, then coat it in bread crumbs, now fry it in hot oil.
