raw rice -1/4 cup
jaggerry-3

fennel-1 tsp
maida-1/2 cup
shallots chopped
ghee
coconut pieces
Preparation
Soak rice for 2-3 hrs, then grind it with cumin, fennel and water, then make a smooth paste, add jaggerry juice into it, then add roasted shallots and coconut, mix well. Heat a pan, pour the batter, then cover it, cook it in low flame.
