Preparation
Take maida in a bowl, add salt, egg, and yeast, mix all, then pour hot milk, knead it well and make a soft dough, apply oil above the dough, then keep this aside until the dough raise. Then take the dough, knead it again, divide it into equal small balls, flatten it , then add chicken filling, fold it like a bun, then add some white sesame seeds above the buns, then fry it in hot oil..
