Ingredients
tapioca-500 gm
ginger
garlic-20
green chilly-3-4
curry leaves
turmeric-1/2 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1/2 tbsp
hing-1/4 tsp
gram flour-3/4 cup
rice flour-1/4 cup
salt
oil- for frying
Preparation
Cut tapioca into long thin pieces, wash it well and keep this aside. Take a bowl, add ginger garlic crushed, curry leaves, gram flour, masala powders, rice flour, salt and some water, mix it well and make a thick paste, add chopped tapioca, mix it with masala. Heat oil in a pan, take tapioca 10-12 pieces together, put it to the oil, add more tapioca in groups, fry it well.
