ginger garlic crushed

coriander powder-2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
salt
soaked chickpea-1 1/2 cup
coriander leaves
water
coconut-2 cup
fennel seeds-1 tsp
curry leaves
turmeric-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add onion, saute it well, next add tomato, chilly, ginger and garlic, saute all well, next add masala powders, curry leaves and salt, mix it well, add soaked chickpea, then pour water, mix well, then cover the cooker and cook it well. Dry roast coconut, turmeric and curry leaves together, then add to cooked chickpea, then boil it for a minute, then turn off flame.
