Chicken Biriyani

Ingredients

For marination

Chicken

Turmeric powder

Chilly Powder

Coriander Powder

Biriyani masala

Ginger Garlic paste

Crushed Chilly

chicken masala

Salt

Curd

basmati rice

For Masala

Oil

Whole spices

Finely chopped onion

Marinated chicken

Coriander leaves and mint leaves

Preparation

Marinate chicken with salt ,turmeric, chilly powder, biriyani masala, ginger garlic paste, chilly crushed, chicken masala, curd, and coriander powder, then keep this in freezer for 1/2 hrs.

Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices, then roast it well, next add onion, roast until it become brown, then add marinated chicken, add a little water, mix it all, after 10 minutes of cooking add mint and coriander, and chilly, cook it for 10 minutes.

Boil water with salt, whole spices, mint and coriander leaves and green chilly, add washed rice after boil the water well, then cook it about 90 %, now strain the rice and add above the chicken masala, add coriander and mint leaves, ghee, and some masala powders, cover the pan with a foil paper, then dum it for 20 minutes.
