Pasteurized Mayonnaise

Ingredients

water

egg-2

garlic-4

salt

oil-1/2 cup

vinegar-1/2 tsp

for eggless mayonnaise

milk-1/2 cup

sunflower oil-1/2 cup

garlic-3

salt

sugar-2 pinch

vinegar

Preparation

For Pasteurized mayonnaise, boil egg for 1 minute, then break it into mixie jar, add garlic, salt and half of oil, blend it well, next add leftover oil and vinegar, blend it again, now mayonnaise is ready.

For eggless mayonnaise, add milk, garlic, oil, salt and sugar to mixie jar, then blend it well for 1 minute, next add more oil and vinegar, blend it again until it become thick.
