Ingredients
for marination
chicken -3/4 kg
ginger garlic paste-3/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1/4 tsp
peppper powder-1 tsp
garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
lemon juice-1 tsp
vinegar-1 tsp

curry leaves

coriander powder-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1 tsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
tomato-2
water-1 cup
cashew paste
coriander leaves, mint leaves
for rice
oil-2 tbsp
ghee-1 tbsp
whole spices
water
salt
cashew paste-1 tsp
lemon juice
rice
Preparation
Marinate chicken with the above listed ingredients, then rest this for 1/2 hrs. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and fry it well,. Add ginger garlic paste, saute it well, then add onion, green chilly and salt, mix it well, next add masala powders, after mixing well add fried chicken, mix all well, then turn off flame.
Heat ghee in a pan, add whole spices, roast it for a minute, then add cashew paste, water, lime juice and salt, let it boil well, add rice, cook it about 90 %. Then layer the rice and curry in a big pot, add cashews, kismis, fried onion and mint, coriander leaves, dum it for 1 hour, then serve it.
