Colocasia bajji

Ingredients

chembila-5

gram flour-1 1/2 cup

rice flour-2 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

red chilly powder-1/2 tsp

chicken masala-1/4 tsp

egg-1

tamarind pulp-1/4 cup

hing-1/4 tsp

salt

oil

Preparation

Take cococasia leaves and cut it into medium length pieces. Add all ingredients in a bowl, pour water and mix it well until it become thick batter. Brush the batter in a thick layer above the leaves, then roll it. Steam the rolls, then dip it in the same batter, finally fry it in hot oil.
