green chilly-5
salt
water
coconut milk-1 cup
curry leaves
shallots chopped-1/4 cup
pepper powder-1 tsp
coconut oil
Preparation
Add potato pieces to a pressure cooker, then add green chilly , salt and water, cover the cooker then cook it for 2-3 whistle. Once the pressure is gone open the lid and pour coconut mix, mash potatoes with a laddle, boil it again for 1 minute, then turn off flame. Finally, temper the curry with curry leaves and shallots, then add pepper powder.
