Kottayam style Beef Fry

Ingredients

for cooking beef

beef-2 kg

coriander powder-6 tsp

garam masala-2 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-3 tsp

crushed ginger-1 tbsp

crushed garlic-1 tbsp

lemon juice-2 tbsp

onion-3

green chilly-3

curry leaves

salt

for frying

mustard

oil

shallots-10

coconut pieces-1/2 cup

sliced onion-1/2

garam masala powder

pepper powder

Preparation

Take a pressure cooker add beef, masala powders, salt, chopped vegetables, lemon juice and curry leaves, mix all well, then cook it for 2 whistle. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add chopped shallots, roast it well, then add cooked beef , cook it until it become dry, add sliced onion , masala powders and fried garlic and curry leaves, fry it again for some minutes, then turn off flame.
