Ingredients
raw rice-2 cup
cashew., kismis and cardamom
whole spices
ginger and garlic
green chilly-3
lemon-1/2
onion-2
ghee
bay leaf
Preparation
Wash rice well, then strain it. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add whole spices, saute it well, then add splitted green chilly and sliced onion and salt, mix well, next add ginger garlic paste, saute it for 1 minute, add rice, heat it well, add more ghee, now add 4 glass of hot water, mix well, squeeze lemon into it, add salt, cover the cooker without whistle, cook it for 20 minutes, then transfer it to a big pan, add more ghee, fried onion, cashew and kismis , and mint and coriander leaves, then serve it after mixing.
