Preparation

Cut papaya into small very pieces, add all chopped vegetables, turmeric and salt . Heat oil in a pan, add mutard, after popping it well add papaya, saute it well, add crushed chilly, then saute it again and turn off flame.

water

coconut-3/4 cup

salt

cumin-1/4 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

coconut oil-3 tbsp

mustard-1 tsp

dry chilly-2

chopped shallots-1/4 cup

curry leaves

Preparation

Cook papaya with dal, shallots, green chilly, turmeric , water and salt in a pressure cooker. Grind coconut with shallots, cumin and turmeric, then add to the curry, boil it for 3-4 minutes. Finally season the curry with mustard, shallots, dry chilly and curry leaves.
