Ingredients
matta rice-1/2 cup
jaggerry-3 cup
water-1 cup
rock sugar
ghee-3 tbsp
coconut pieces
water-5 cup
raisins
ghee-6 tbsp
dry ginger powder-1 tsp
cardamom powder-1 tsp
Preparation
Wash rice well and strain water completely. Melt jaggerry with water and keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan, add coconut pieces, roast it well and set aside, add rice to the same pan, roast it for a minute, then pour hot water, cook rice in this water,add ghee gradually while cooking, then add raisins, once rice cooked enough add melted jaggerry, boil it until it ecome thick, finally add masala powders and coconut piece, mix all then turn off flame, after cooling it well enjoy the recipe.
