Ingredients
wheat flour-1 cup
onion-1
carrot-1
chilly-2
ginger
curry leaves
curd-1 cup
salt
baking soda-1/4 tsp
oil for frying
Preparation
Take a bowl, add wheat flour, finely chopped vegetables, salt, aking soda and curd, mix it well and make a loose dough, rest the mix for 15 minutes. Heat oil for deep frying, add the dough with a spoon and fry it well.
