Egg Roast

Ingredients

onion-2

tomato-1

curry leaves

ginger

garlic

salt

turmeric-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-2 tbsp

coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp

whole spices

crushed pepper -1 tsp

Preparation

Marinate egg with salt, turmeric, and chilly powder, then shallow fry it. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic, after sauting it well add finely chopped onion, saute it until it become brown, then add salt and whole spices, now add tomato puree, mix it until the raw smell gone, next add masala powders, mix all together , now add fried egg, combine all well, then turn off flame after 2 minutes of cooking.
