Parippuvada

Ingredients

gram dal-1 cup

dry chilly-4

water

shallots-7-8

green chilly-2

garlic-3

oil for frying

ginger

fennel-1 tsp

Preparation

Soak dal and dry chilly together for 3 hrs, then crush it, keep 2-3 tsp of dal uncrushed. Then add chopped vegetables, salt and uncrushed dal into it, mix all well, then take small portion from it, make vada shape and fry it in hot oil.
