Ingredients
coconut oil
mustard
dry chilly-3
curry leaves
green chilly-4
ginger and garlic
onion-2
salt
tomato
turmeric-1/4 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
cumin powder-1/4 tsp
water-1/4 cup
boiled egg
sugar-1 tsp
coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard, let it pop well, next add dry chilly and curry leaves, after 1 minute roasting add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly, saute it well, next add tomato, cook it until it become soft, now add masala powders, mix it well, add salt and water, cover the lid and cook it for 2-3 whistle. Open the cooker after the pressure is gone, add boiled egg, combine with masala and boil it well, finally add some coriander, then turn off flame.
