Ingredients
boiled and smashed potato – 4
carrot – 1
onion – 1
garlic – 4
ginger – 1/2 inch
green chilli – 2
curry leaves
coconut oil – 2 tbsp
ghee – 1 tsp
mustard – 1 tsp
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
Preparation
Heat ghee+oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop, then add ginger, green chilly and onion, saute it well, now add cashews, and carrot, mix well, add turmeric and salt, saute it again, then add boiled and mashed potato, mix it well with the masala until it become slightly thick. Now make paper thin masala dosa with this filling.
