Ingredients
coconut oil
ginger-2 tbsp
onion-2
green chilly-4
potato-2
salt
pepper powder-1 1/2 tsp
coconut milk-1/2 ltr
thick coconut milk
curry leaves
fennel powder-1/2 tsp
boiled egg
Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan, add ginger, after sauting 1 minute add onion and green chilly, combine all , then saute it for 2-3 minutes, next add potato,pepper powder and salt, then saute it until the potato become soft, pour coconut milk, add curry leaves, boil it until it become thick, add fennel seedss and boiled egg, mix well, finally add thick coconut milk, then turn off flame.
