Fried Pathiri

Ingredients

rice flour-1 1/2 cup

water-1 3/4 cup

coconut-6 tbsp

garlic-2

shallots-3

green chilly-1

onion-1/2

ginger

cumin-1/2 tsp

ghee-1 tbsp

sesame seeds-1 tbsp

salt

oil

Preparation

Crush ginger,garlic and green chilly. Crush coconut with cumin and shallots. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and crushed ginger,garlic and green chilly, saute it well, then pour water, add salt, let it boil, then add rice flour, and coconut mix, combine all well, then wait for lower the heat, knead it well and flatten it, cut the layer into round shape, then fry it in hot oil.
