Rice flour Breakfast

Ingredients

water

salt

coconut oil-1-2 tsp

coconut-1/2 cup

rice flour-2 cup

oil for frying

Preparation

Boil water with salt and oil. Crush coconut in mixie jar. Add rice flour to a bowl, then add coconut, mix well, pour hot water, mix with a spoon, once heat lower knead it well and make a soft dough, divide the dough into equal small balls, then flatten it with two plastic wraps. Fry the pooris in hot oil.
