Preparation
Add wheatflour, cumin, baking soda, salt,and cardamom powder to a bowl, mix all well. Melt jaggerry with water, then strain it to the flour, mix well until the heat gone, then knead it well and make a slightly thick dough, rest it for 3 hrs. After 3 hrs, take the dough, make small balls from the dough. Finally , deep fry it in oil,.
