Ingredients
tapioca-2
chilly powder-2 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
hing-1/4 tsp
sesame seeds-2 tbsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
cumin-1 tsp
salt-2 tsp
Preparation
Cut tapioca into small pieces, then grind it with cumin and make fine batter. Add masala powders and salt, mix well, then mix it with water, boil it and make thick, add sesame, combine well. Take a plastic sheet, pour 1 spoon of batter, round it into thin layer, dry the papad in sun light for 2-3 days, then take it from sheet and fry in oil.
