Ingredients

raw rice-2 cup

cooked rice-3/4 glass

salt

water

Preparation

Soak rice overnight, then grind it with cooked rice, salt and water and make medium thick batter. Heat oil in a pan, pour batter with a small spoon, fry both sides well.
