Preparation
Boil water with salt in a pan, add semolina, then combine well, turn off flame and transfer it to a bowl, let the dough cool down, then knead it well, add oil, and make soft, then make small balls from the mix, finally fry it in hot oil until it become crispy. Add a pinch of salt and chilly powder above it, mix well.
