Ingredients
rice flour-1 cup
water-1 3/4 cup
ghee-1 tsp
salt
Preparation
Boil water with salt and water, then add rice flour, mix it slowly and combine well, then turn off flame. Cover the pot for 5 minutes. Take a wet cotton clothe, add the dough to the cloth, take a glass, press it with back to the dough and make soft dough, divide it into small balls, flatten it in a presser, add dust for rolling, use a round cap to make shape, then cook it in tawa.
