Crispy Murukk

Ingredients

Rice flour- 3 cup

Roasted Gram dal- 1 cup

Salt to taste

Black sesame-1 teaspoon

Asafoetida-2pinch

Butter-1 tablespoon

Boiling water – 2& 1/4 cup

Oil for frying

Preparation

Take a bowl, add rice flour, gram flour, sesame seeds, chilly powder,ghee and salt, mix well, then pour hot water, knead it well and make soft dough, fill the dough in idiyappam maker, then press to a flat spoon, then add to hot oil, fry it well.
