Ingredients
peanut-2 cup
sugar-1 cup
water-2 tbsp
ghee-1 tsp
cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Preparation
Dry roast peanut until it cooked enough, then let it cool, after that crush it in a mixie jar. Caramalise sugar with sugar and water, add ghee and cardamom, mix well, then add peanut into it, combine well, then transfer it to counter top, apply oil on it before, then roll it with chapathi roller, then make medium thick layer, put deep marks with kniefe, once it cool enough, cut it.
